i crave for you!

Working on a saturday? Wht the fish does a "gomen" staff doing working on a saturday??? yes, i did went to the office this morning to settle a few stuffs before i'm off for an "intensive" vacation. I wish i cud hav a longggg one! Tapi takpe, one day i'll hav tht longgg vacation, reminds me of the Japs/Korean series "Long Vacation" tapi tak penah follow. Ke is there such series?

KK called up for a lunch date n insisted everything shud be on me this time! Haha, yeah i'm a bad sister! I'm a sucker foodie who always manage to escape when it comes to settling the bills! That's why I really enjoy food hunting with my family members bcuz most of the times there will always be someone who'll clear the bills and that someone is definitely not me! Jahat kan?? hey i'm the baby of the family and a baby tak boleh bawak duit bejalan merata nanti takut hilang! hehe.

So, it was about time for me to treat them (KK+abgz) with lunch. I told sis, "OK, RM50 cukup??" hehehe. Giler bajet!! KK suddenly had a crave for "Banana Leaf Rice" after she saw the celebrity chef eating one on a "wall-walk-find-eat" show! Kami adik-beradik mmg mudah sangat craving. Like me myself, even the illustration of roasted chicken on buku sekolah budak darjah satu cud turn me on, and made me craved for the roasted chicken soon after that. And so we googled for the spot, and we found this! It's an Indian restaurant that serves halal food.

The food was awesome, seriously! There are many kinds of dishes to try. The banana leaf set comes with hot rice served on a fresh green banana leaf that produces a nice fragrance smell, 3 types of vege, 3 types of "kuah" to choose for to pour on your hot rice - mutton curry, fish curry and dhal curry - i had all of them, the vege sambal and if it's still not spicy enough for you, you can try the fried chillies or what they call "cili garing". Sentappp nyah!! And not forgetting papadum, the indian cracker. And then you cud opt for other side dishes and we had the marinated calamari fried to perfection, black paper chicken, tofu curry and fish curry. We kept on complimenting on the foods while we were enjoying our meals - "ish ish ish sedap giler!". Kejap2 "sedap giler!" kejap2 "sedap giler!!" diselangi dengan "ni kalo bawak mak ayah best ni diorg msti sukerr!" dan "bole datang lagi!"!!

Ok, feast for your eyes...!

We really had a great lunch and it was time to pay the bill! Everything on me remember? Ok, it's time for the moment of truth - RM50.60 only!!! for everything, 3 org makan!!! The price was reasonable i must say since we stuffed ourselves with so many things!!! and yes i will come again! KK paid the 6o cents, n the rest was on me! Kan tadi bajet rm50 je kan?? heheheheee
